If SSL certificate is not properly installed in your system, you may not be able to connect to the data source.
As a workaround for this issue, proceed with the below steps.
- Open ODBC Administrator tool.
- Click "Configure..." button of the DSN created for BI Connector. This will display BI Connector UI.
- Click on Advanced Settings icon to open the "BI Connector: Advanced Settings" window.
- Enable the "Ignore invalid certificate error when connecting with BI server" checkbox.
- Click OK.
This will suppress the error due to http exception and connect to the data source.
NOTE: This is a temporary workaround. For permanent solution, please contact your IT admin to install valid SSL certificate in your system.
